The most obviously option is to get the clients on board. Having a proactive, fully participating and engaged client who is eager to come up with their own ideas and happy to implement those which are proposed means any strategy is much more likely to succeed and over a shorter period. The J&B team are great at coming up with ideas and always enthusiastic at following through with plans.
In addition to strengthening their brand identity through social media graphics, printed marketing materials and email campaigns, J&B have fully embraced the 21st century by creating more imaginative offerings.
They created a unique membership scheme, Legal Guard, which offers a range of exclusive benefits, developed their own bespoke mobile app which makes engaging with their team even easier and more personal, they have the very own podcast which provides weekly tips and advice within their areas of expertise and have engaged with the local community through sponsoring a local grassroots football club, Cheshire Lines FC.
Our role has been to support them in these activities. We built a complex backend website system to allow the membership subscription and private access, we manage and keep updated their mobile app which includes push notifications for specific announcements. We host and produce the podcast and manage the sponsorship deal with Cheshire Lines to ensure both parties get the maximum benefit and not merely a logo on the front of a shirt.
This is all done in addition to ongoing marketing work such as the design of social media graphics, email campaigns, website amendments, video production and other general marketing materials. The ongoing partnership means we fully understand their business and their brand meaning work can more quickly and efficiently be produced. This means we are able to turn work around faster and more efficiently so J&B enjoy an even greater value for their investment.
